Progressive Builders
Progressive Builders Private Limited was incorporated in Singapore in January 1973. The company started as a precast concrete manufacturer and later expanded into general building construction.
About Us
Built on decades of construction delivery.
Over the past 30 years, Progressive has undertaken and successfully completed numerous projects including both public and private housing projects, industrial projects, commercial and institutional projects.
In recent years, the company concentrated and developed core competencies in public housing projects in Singapore. The company has professionals specializing in project management, general building construction services as well as design and build services for fast track projects.
The company also operates an in-house Steel Fabrication facility and runs overseas skilled workers testing centres in Dhaka, Bangladesh and Colombo, Sri Lanka. This overseas testing centre is accredited by Building Control Authority of Singapore.

Scaling Greater Heights
In the journey of achieving an A1 rating from the Building and Construction Authority (BCA), the company has propelled itself from the 32nd place in the Enterprise 50 (E50) Awards last year, to 7th place this year.
Progressive has been deemed as one of the top three most promising local small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in 2011 in the SME 1000 awards, conferred by DP Information Group, as it surpassed the $50 million turnover mark that year.
